I have worked with Becky many times over the years and always fallen in love with her adorable mini herd of Exmoor ponies. However, this Mare & Foal Mini Photo Shoot of Skippy & Tigger topped them all!

Tigger was utterly adorable to work with and was just as cheeky as he looks!

We had great fun out in the field playing with Skippy & Tigger and Tigger is certainly not a shy foal! He was tearing about, not giving a moments notice as to where his Mum was. I’m pretty sure he was loving the attention and definitely doing a little bit of showing off for the camera!

However, it’s really the portrait of Skippy and Tigger on the black background that I was over the moon with! We had them both set up in the entrance to their stable. With some gentle coaxing, lots of patience, a few sneaky escapes, many hands on deck and a little bit of luck the two came together in a way I just knew was going to make a stunning portrait!

A photo shoot on a warm, sunny day filled with foal cuddles and a really special portrait can’t not have made the ‘Best of 2019’ Photo Shoots list!
