I might have said last weeks blog was the final in my round up of 2023 but although the odd dog featured in my blogs, I had so many wonderful Dog specific sessions last year that I thought they deserved a blog of their very own! So here is (definitely) the final in the series and it’s the best of Dog Photo Shoots 2023!

These doggies brought many a smile to my face while photographing them last year and another today going back through all these wonderful Photo Shoots! From part-bred Wolf, Mabs to Miniature Dachshund Otto, last years dogs came in all shapes, sizes and ages.

Delamere Forest is always a favourite spot for Dog Photo Shoots but this series includes locations such as Alexandra Park in Chester, Grosvenor Park in Chester, Lime Wood Fields in Chester, private yards on the Wirral and in Cheshire and the epic location with Mabs the part-bred wolf was Gwydir Forest in Snowdonia. Definately worth the journey early last April for that special shoot!

I would like to make a special mention of Bandit who I photographed in Delamere Forest with Emma last Summer as he is very sadly no longer with us. His was a ‘Remember Me’ session as his time with Emma was coming to an end. It was such an honour to capture these special memories and I know they mean the world to Emma.
