Scarlett’s Snowy Horse & Rider Photo Shoot // December 2017

Dec 13, 2018 | Horse and Rider Photo Shoots

As the cold begins to bite and the first threats of sleet and snow are on their way I thought it would be a good time to share some of the images from Scarlett’s Snowy Horse & Rider Photo Shoot last December!

I have to admit that I LOVE the snow! I think there is so much beauty to be found in each of the seasons and Winter is no exception. Well except for those wet, dark, miserable days but apart from those I love it!

As the snow began to fall on the first weekend in December last year my hand went straight for my phone to call Scarlett’s (one of my sponsored riders’) Mum to see if they would be up for a bit of a Snowy Horse & Rider Photo Shoot!

To my delight they were and so after a bit of digging around for some Winter Woollies and making sure I was well prepared with heat patches, boot warmers, layers and layers of clothing and a head full of ideas I set off.

Scarlett was an absolute star, it was cold and I’m pretty sure Spidge the pony thought we’d gone a little mad but it was worth every cold minute in my books to create this set of Winter Wonderland-like images.

I do hope you enjoy the images below! If you would like to be added to my ‘Snow List’ for this Winter then please let me know and I will be in touch to arrange a session when (and I’m feeling pretty confident that it’s only a matter of time) the first flakes being to fall…!

Until next time,

Ciara x
